Thread regarding Mattel Inc. layoffs

The worst is still in place....Mattel will not recover. Checking things out, the core reasons why Mattel has fallen are still in place. Take note all surviving employees, retailers and remaining stockholders....the VP's (too many to count let alone justify) that are responsible for this mess are still here. In fact not only are they still here but they have managed to protect "their" interest over the company's. And then there is... * The model shop is now managed by the un-qualified * The quality control dept. has eliminated almost all minorities * Experienced employees above 50 ish are hard to come by in the HTC but I am sure that it is not age discrimination. VP's and above excluded of course. * Those in D&D who need HK to bail them out continually from their incompetence are still here. The hope is dead
