People have not left that I know of. However, there are rumors of some of them disappearing. If you are not in the family, you are not safe. The Don Corleone that sits at the top will ensure only the family is taken care of and this doesn't include the majority of employees. Business is business and family of the business is always safe. If you are referring to good people in IT that are not in top executive management, they may be leaving soon. Not laid off, but gone.
