Qualified and less pay to do my job.....that way everyone gets what they want...cause its time to move on.......anyone have any idea when bonus should be paid out?

No, it is not fair, but you have to remember how corrupt and greedy this company is. THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY BONUSES TO ANYONE OUTSIDE THE INNER CIRCLE. They will try to get out of paying bonuses by giving poor evals and firing or driving people out before the payouts. Bonuses USED to be paid out in mid March. They moved it to April so they would have more time to find excuses not to pay or to get rid of people before the payout.

I recall it used to be the week of St Patrick's day. It has been awhile since we actually got one so it may have changed. They just announced FY 2014 earnings last week so I expect everything is pushed back. I know they are also tying bonuses to evaluations and those are due in April so bonus payouts may have moved to April or May. They want the extra time to drive people out so they do not have to pay bonuses. There has been no official communication on bonuses that I have seen so this is all speculation.
