How many ANA's are we allow per term, because it's become our norm to lower attrition?

If someone from campus support is monitoring this look at the employee turnover please take into account those that left on their own. No one from campus support has asked us "THE REAL QUESTIONS"
Deb you can't keep a blind eye on this, our president sucks. He screwed up so much shit at this campus that he needs to be fired ASAP.
At my campus I think both the President and Dean are offering ANAs to students.
We have a lot of students coming in asking for ANA. They also want to make sure they get their stipend money even though they are not sitting and go off because some money gets refunded.
