The DIG "creative director" should have been the first one on the list of 7 directors to get shown the door. Prime example of talentless management at Mattel that gets by playing politics.

That "creative director" can't even use Photoshop; she was a packaging copywriter and led her team like a Junior High cheerleader bully. She might be busy, but she's useless. Like the VPs she's just protected by cronyism.
