The DIG "creative director" should have been the first one on the list of 7 directors to get shown the door. Prime example of talentless management at Mattel that gets by playing politics.

She seriously has to have something on someone high up. She's bulletproof.
So does this mean we are now going to outsource all creative content?
That "creative director" can't even use Photoshop; she was a packaging copywriter and led her team like a Junior High cheerleader bully. She might be busy, but she's useless. Like the VPs she's just protected by cronyism.
