Two good things: number of creative people and getting to work on a wide range of entertainment properties and products
Two bad things: management (extreme politics, lack of long term strategy and leadership, lack of concern over employees) and focus on cost reduction/outsourcing/sending everything to China over quality
Name recognition and history are good things. Things that suck include pay and horrible cut-throat corporate culture
Good things: Peers are amazing, projects can be interesting, work location. Bad Things: Leadership is not leading, lack of vision, short term focus, perpetual layoffs
Limiting comments to just 2 bad things explains the dearth of replies here. Uninspired management, toxic corporate culture, arrogance, etc.
Good things: the creative people, the talent, the benefits, the potential, the rich history, the resources. Oops, it's also hard to limit the good things to just two.
