After all, they were the decision makers who ended up driving the Fisher-Price preschool business into the ground. Mattel management never understood the preschool business so instead of leaving it to the experts, they got rid of them and drove the business into the ground. So many talented people have been walked out - it's a crying shame. I hope upper management gets what they deserve. Unfortunately, they will all get a huge golden parachute so their life style won't change, just their egos. Others lost their lively hood and have been struggling due to the mismanagement of the leadership of that organization.

It's a crying shame what's happening to this once-great company. The current "management team" prizes arrogance and sortsightedness as virtues, while patting themselves on the back and kidding themselves that they are creative and inspiring leaders. Mattel is a giant spinning flywheel and it has been coasting off the momentum of its past successes, but this crew of good ole boys killed off the spin while lining their pockets and packing their golden parachutes. Fire everyone VP and up and start over. Better yet, let the worker bees run the joint on their own, they actually know the business. NO management team is better than THIS management team.
