They've been playing this layoff game very year for the past 20 years and the company keeps going downhill. Maybe it is time to think up a new strategy

Old school mentalities that do nothing but jeopardize my livelihood and keep us in a constant state of panic. These people have to go in order for my stocks to go up. I hate living like this people!
