Yep, that's what happened to us. We are not dead yet, but we are bleeding profusely. Not sure what to do! I am very sure that the fat cats with million dollar compensation packages know this less than I do. They are here to extract as much money form Mattel and shut down the shop.

What's killing Mattel is your product. All you guys have done are packaging changes color changes and cost cutting. I see the same toys on the shelf from ten years ago.
The only time is a good product come around is when Mattel buys a company then they claim the good products as there own. All the toys that have made toys of the year for Mattel have been bought. Check it out it's a fact. Innovation and creativity are words that mean nothing at Mattel. I wish they would have the guts to put out something good with out cutting out all the fun and creating just another piece of toy crap.
Apple may have brought us innovations but it's mattels fault for turning a blind eye and trying to do "business as usual." This is their own doing and we as employees are made to suffer. Ridiculous.
