Cheers all....here to hoping that this includes not only to VPs though...this has to go even higher to the biggest decision makers and executives in charge of this mess...hoping that there is some ownership that happens here. They can't only be responsible when there is victories - the "buck" stops with them and should be responsible when there is defeat. jus' sayin'........if Mattel wants true change this is the only way change will happen.

It's very seldom a VP gets cut. After all, it's not them making the decisions - yeah right! Get rid of all the scapegoats and keep the morons who make all the bad decisions. Keep lining their pockets and cut the grunts who actually get the work done. It's gotten so out of control. Shame on management and the BoD. They should all be fired!
