CFO should ABSOLUTELY go. Who do we have to thank for all of this? The person who advised Stockton that his unachievable goals were a good plan for the company then approving this plan. For someone that has access to the highest levels of company finances this seems ludicrous to think for even a moment that he didn't know this would NEVER work. Someone with years of industry experience. Someone with an advanced degree. It's simple math, essentially. Sounds like a bad Oliver Stone conspiracy film, but unfortunately it's now Mattel employees reality. I sympathize with everyone here, but let's recognize who the true architect of this company's collapse is.

Kevin Farr will have his Ferrari parked in the lot tomorrow.
Good times.
They should have never ass f***ed neil friedman the way they did. Look what it got them; Stocktons shitty leadership and the ever failing mattel. It's not that easy to take pride in working for the #3 toy company.
GET ON YOUR KNEES AND BEG NEIL TO COME BACK!!!
Life is good for Kevin when you're banking these kind of bucks:

Even if they do let him go, he'll flip the double birds & cash out whatever else he's got in the reserves.
What a crook.
Layoffs tomorrow
CFO needs the heave-ho!! lol, then crying, then LOL'ing again
