Ord, its Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, and Beth A. Wilson, its Executive Vice President, indicating their intentions to retire from the Company effective March 9, 2015. Both Mr. Ord and Ms. Wilson advised the Company that they would remain available to assist the Company on an as-needed basis at an hourly rate equivalent to their respective annual base compensation for the current fiscal year divided by 2080 hours.

Well, at least they weren't able to sell their remaining shares for anything. Still, it just seems wrong. Very wrong.
Please put them in jail. What advise are they going to give? Them and the good ol boys Jack and Bob ruin the company. These people can't give advice to anybody
