I've been having fun visiting this site for the past few months. All of us who have transitioned to Zenith now know what the future holds (sorry to all California colleagues who still have no idea). It's business as usual and so the same downward spiral will occur again, just with bankruptcy staved off for a few more months (dare we hope for years?). Lately it's been a bit depressing coming here. We all know now that we have GOT to find new jobs. Nothing has changed, nothing will change, and our jobs are sucking the life out of us. What we do as a company is not something we can be proud of. So the dreadful new layoffs.com layout is just the final straw. No more languishing in self-pity. No more hope. I resolve right now to spend all of my spare time job hunting until I can finally get out of this place.

I really like the new format. before, we had a lot of issues with trolls posting long cut-and-paste articles to push worthwhile conversations down and control the board. It is much easier to find an interesting thread now, and to avoid the stupid troll threads. Thanks, layoff.com!
WTH??? Did they make the layout even harder to read overnight?!? This sucks!
I agree with OP. We still have all the CCI nastiness. RVPO's are still around and nastier than ever. The Divisionals are still around and condecending as usual. We are having the same people and expecting different results!
Before ED catches on? Hell they made it possible! They're as corrupt as anybody else in this whole mess.
I' Socle as well, and I have to say I thought KD would be immediately gone with the changeover, and that DS and her other cronies would be gone by now. If Zenith isn't concerned about Title IV regulations, then they don't have ANY ethical standards or concerns. I think that KD and DS's marching orders are: "Just keep squeezing and squeezing to get blood out of a turnip before ED finally catches on!" It makes me ill.
I agree with everything the OP said, except that I like the new site layout. I'm not sure that it's really better, per se, but at least it's SOME change after months of the same depressing drudgery that was CCi and is now ECMC.
I wonder about the "pace" of change, too. There has to be a wholesale replacement of mid-level management from the top to the campus president position. Anything less will not yield the dramatic results necessary to keep the critics at bay. I have been waiting patiently in the hope that the ZEG top management will place some new blood into key positions but the more I check the org chart the more it looks like the same assembly of managers that lead CCI straight down the tubes.
