I'm sure staples can expect many lawsuits from this round of layoffs as I hear employees are already consulting attorneys to go over any options that they may have in such a situation, even if there are no lawsuits long term employees will be leaving faster than they can rehire them because they now know that staples will screw them over as the company continues to fail.

I need a whistleblower attorney - I have seen some shady stuff take place.
I was a former driver and my location was closed and jobs were outsourced. I doubt any lawsuit filed would hold up on court for any laid off employees. Staples just does just not care about employees. They think they are doing workers a favor by giving out severances that are so low and crap. I hope to god staples files bankruptcy and goes out of business. This buying of Office Depot will just add more weight to the sinking ship to go down faster . Ron Sargent is nothing but a bastard!
Employment Attorneys. These days they make a decent amount because of all the shady activity companies have pulled to reduce costs. Someone "accidently" dropped a business card for one by the DM's office door and they went on a witch hunt. HR was there for three days talking to people about the managers in the store, although the real problem is above the GM.
What kind of attorneys specialize in this kind of stuff?
