does anyone know if they can fire you if you go out on stress leave. Do you get disability if you go? My doctor wants to take me out.

If you go out on leave with staples they will make you use your sick and vacation days before you can go unpaid.
Contact HR and apply for a LOA Leave of Absence. Normally Unpaid.
If you're lucky -they'd probably make you use up all your allotted sick days, then after that you may get short term disability. Im sorry you're dealing with this... :( Maybe its time you started looking for new work if this place is making your healthy suffer. Take care of yourself first and foremost. This place is enough to make anyone sick lately.
