The writing is on the wall and on the faces of leadership. Start planning now. If you are thinking about using your education "benefit" get enrolled now. It's inevitable, about to tank another start. Week 3 of a recruiting cycle and we get no leads this week? Spending has slowed down, CD's are wanting complete compliance/performance management stats on all AR's from their AM's? Tanking ANOTHER start? Looks like old dogs with matrix driven salaries will be gonzo. If your a newer 40K rep that's hitting numbers, good for you. Zillion dollar question, will AM's finally be held accountable? Probably not!

This company is filth! Anonymous 74735 hit the nail on the head. I guess the only way to move where you want is to get loose! What a disgrace. People who do well and stand up for their morals and ethics will be stuck where they are. Its not your loss, get out of this dreadful company before the shit hits the fan!!!!!!!

Ps corporate has decreased the search for leads thusly all has no chance to meet goal which is the fodder needed for rifs. Yes, no? What still can't figure it out after years of downward spiral. Word

The only thing will happen is jobs will be moved remotely and higher waged Ars will lose their jobs. Upper management CC, LJ, JG, DG, etc will still keep their jobs. Newly created positions will save them. They cant fire them because they have so many skeletons on each other. This company is a joke, upper management knows for a fact that their peers continue to sleep with ars and no one gets let go. Employees have zero respect for upper management. How can a company run like this? Head of Hr should be fired for incompetence.
