Laid off technical people with knowledge kept only those that increase bottom line, so starts the downfall, quality and service go but profit for shareholders (and upper management go's up) looks good on paper but they were already losing clients based on delivery and mistakes. But it is not limited to Cameron, just watch what happens when oil goes back up and they try to get the skills back that have left for other places
It started right at 8 and was over by 3. At least one dept was told nobody was leaving until 1.
It was like a funeral. In the end, over 15% of the office was let go.
