there doesn't appear to be any changes, major or minor, since they took over.
Corinthian had been failing for a long time and the end was very near whether we got caught by the feds/states or not. The company (like many other American companies) pays barely any taxes, so tax exempt status wouldn't have mattered. The problem is the business model, which Zenith has adopted without any changes, in processes or in leadership. There is no possible end to this venture except utter failure. Being for or non profit is irrelevant.
