Facilitators

I facilitate and I have been at UOPX for 10 years facilitating at the upper division programs. I can tell you in training sessions, many of us have voiced our frustration with no classes coming our way. We know things are bad because we are not teaching. We see new facilitators in our training sessions asking dumb questions. The reason the new folks are around is because these folks are paid less. There is no future at UOPX. Everyone is cash and carry. As soon as you move into a double-letter tier, the countdown to gone begins. People I have worked with for 10 years are finding the same thing: no classes, and they are dismissed after six months of no work. The newer hires are getting classes. They are saying so in facilitator forums. Now it is "Come in on a Sunday; be gone on Monday".

would be better off babysitting in a pre-school than teaching a college course. Seriously, the level of work in most courses is about 10 grade proficiency.

Most of these 'educators' are more concerned about feelings than academic rigor. Why? Because they earned a useless MS from a for profit cesspool, and they aren't capable of critically thinking through issues either.

Remember when you walk around crowing over your bought diploma from this school, you graduated with morons who wear their ball cap tilted to one side, speak substandard English, and pretend they are going to own a record label or design and sell clothes, shoes, jewelry, etc. Yes, you share an alma mater with delusional idiots that, like you, will likely get you an assistant fry cook job at McDonald's. LMAO

Tenured babysitters are too harsh at grading and the kindergarten level tards wind up in timeout. These babies than call AC and FA's to cry because they are no longer getting milk from the FA's teats. WAH, wah, wah! Plus they can hire teenagers for min wage to do those jobs.

Are we cutting the facilitators we had to pay to take mandatory traing for the new OLS? What a joke.
