Speaking to the Bartlesville Noon Rotary Club, Headley did not specify how the companywide reductions might affect the Bartlesville labor force, which operates the corporate data center and handles many other support functions. The company’s 1,840 Bartlesville employees make up about 10 percent of the total ConocoPhillips workforce.

COP is a great company and these are unfortunate times. Severance package circumvents the "warn" law, not all companies are this generous during lay-offs. The closed door meetings have already taken place. They are finished and I suspect the list of severed employees is complete.
I can't imagine that will be the case. Having such a long time line, end of April, gives a lot of flexibility to address the need to do so should it arise.
Any word on exact timing...surely they aren't going to drag this out until the end of April.
