Last night I saw my AM scrambling for data on compliance gaps in the past year. What an idiot! She was openly asking AR's and myself the dates and levels of our gaps. Pretty sure it started his way back in 2010 when we cut our staff by 1/3. Hearing it will happen end of March. Very confusing considering training classes are full right now. Looks like some matrix salaries are getting whacked!

Pregnancy is considered a sickness like broken leg cancer etc. So, they can lay you off regardless. NO they cannot make an exception to continue medical coverage, that is discrimination. You can elect COBRA...so it someone still had coverage after being laid off and they were pregnant, it is because they opted to take COBRA.

Registration has gone to the remote registrar. On campus registrars are being rif'd. EP's too are being rif'd. No need once the online app process is finally a smooth operation. Very soon for that. Paper apps will not be processed in the future. second reason is all paperwork will be housed electronically. No files, less office space required. BTDT seen it elsewhere.

Yep, RIF the dogs and hire replacements at 75% of the current pay. With this methodology you could maintain a high level of AR's and still reduce costs, while maintaining talk time adn call counts. They aren't going to quit making people so there will always be "fresh meat" ( potential students and AR's) word
