Can anyone explain how that ship of fools on the 3rd floor still have executive positions? What kind of executives hire a MILLION DOLLAR a year consultant, while decreasing salaries of non-reps and especially admins????? Where is Corporate Ethics in NYC, since there ARE NO ETHICS in Camden? Between the nepotism, undeserved bonuses of the Roberts/Martin timeframe, now we have a joke of a President who behaves like a lapdog in his KISS whale size shirt. Where is ANY new business???? What a fall from the RCA days - just keep hemorrhaging undeserved bonuses and hiring 6 figure personnel who do NOTHING but have off site "secret" meetings. Spare all of us. Execs that cannot and will not get new business? I do not consider leasing building space as EXECUTIVE. Go and get a property management job. Execs that bleed what's left of the company dry? Execs whose main concern is getting rid of admins????? that is your priority????? March is here and in two weeks they will get their bonuses for getting rid of people and doing nothing but threatening people with layoffs??? oh, that's right, it's all about the numbers...how rich is that, bonuses for doing nothing..Does anyone in NYC care about anything with the L-3 name? I guess Strainese is too busy taking everything for himself in NYC. The execs in Camden, current and past have all but destroyed L-3's CSE reputation and the company. Roberts destroyed it and when NYC finally got embarrassed enough, he was gone, along with the slime of a CFO, and former thief of HR. He should have taken his Tin Man with him.

Ethics meetings and ethics training are only held where there has been an "Ethics problem". If there had been no problem, there would never be need for training.
Managment is always stomping around looking to fire someone.

I have just ordered the construction of a Special Navigation Cabin near the First Class Promenade. I have also added a new Sixth Officer position and given the new staff member a generous signing bonus. Mr J. Bruce Ismay has recommended a consultant and we will be bringing him back for the 2015 Tour (This Time Its Personal). That's all for now, have to go tell the wireless operators to stop sending me these ice warnings and make sure they get those passenger messages out-- we make one pound six on each one!

Your statements are so true! The Federal Street location is being run by the 3 D Bagateers and we all know who they are! What kind of classless skanks have employees lose their livelihood based on their personal feelings. How childish and oh so professional NOT! What ashame that the location is being run into the ground by the same kind of people during the Roberts thieving era. Same lack of moral code, same kind of white collar 'write it off' way of doing things and let's not bring up the nepotism. Also, how about the Ethics Dept or lack of Ethics? HR won't order paper but the head of the so called Ethics Dept orders moving materials for family members and bills the company. Let's not get into what the former head of finance did all those years? Minimal raises but admins receiving all kinds of perks. D Bag Tierney having people let go because they know he's a loser. Now let's hire an Exec admin for 6 figures who doesn't even know spell check. The Head D Bag is concerned about getting rid of admins, yet hires one based on the Million Dollar D Bag consultant. The entire 3rd floor of supposed execs couldn't get a job being bag boys in the grocery store. however, they do fit the profile of The 3 D Bagateers to a T. What a disgrace to walk in their offices and look in their empty rotten to the core faces. They are the epitome of American Greed and no one will be surprised if they are all profiled on the show. Sooner or later, things catch up
