Billions? File false tax return with HR BLOCK like our annual reports to the SEC (make up the numbers) because IRS will not audit you with their decreased staff. That's the ticket!
I think you mean 4 1/2 weeks. It will be over break or during finals. They will wait until final grades are posted first. Can't let go half of faculty before grades are posted!
You could not have said it any better. It doesn't take a genius to know that my campus is losing money for the company. We have 2 dozen classes with less than 5 students every term. My campus knows it is sinking and unethical decisions are increasing daily.
