Negotiations are under way to sell and/or consolidate L-3 Communications to/with SAIC, Northrup Grumman, Raytheon, et al. A select few in Management are aware of these negotiations and are positioning themselves NOW for future positions in whatever emerges as a company. Spend your time wisely, stop the petty complaining. You should do what you need to do NOW to secure your own future. L-3 is only concerned with lining the pockets of top management. They know what is coming. Information is power. Act accordingly.

I represent Toys R Us and we would like to see a merger between Fisher-Price and the Rover product line. Bring that number fixer Borell back to put the deal together. Should be able to make a profit at $15 a unit.

Plenty of visitors from corporate dropped by some of the L-3 NSS NC locations last week. Reason? We were told it was just a site visit. Hmmm...
I was at this meeting and you got it all wrong: L-3 is going to be BUYING not Selling! And first we are going to buy the Buffalo Bills, move them to LA, and build the L-3 Bowl. It will have a roof that can open and close, and when closed, will display a giant L-3 logo that will be visible from space.
