Can anyone tell what was the % for the bonus this year?
Unfortunately I cannot check it and want to have some silver lining being with no job. I am too restless to wait till the paycheck

ICP varies by product line, Geomarket, % completion toward individual goals, employee ranking, etc. One person may have received 2% while another may get 10%. It's not a one size fits all payout, so it's impossible to say what yours will be.
