After this layoff round is over do you expect pay cuts for the survivors? And what is the cut percentage you predict? Weatherford did this back in 2009 and nothing can stops them from do it again!

I'm not sure you could devastate the companies stock price since Bernard has already done a perfectly fine job of doing that himself over the past few years.
It's only the first quarter. Hang on. I can bet you the layoffs aren't over yet and wont be for a while. If you were around during the 1984 layoffs, you know there is a lot more coming unless of course the price of a barrel suddenly comes back to a decent price. This is a long way from being "over".
Unionize. That would totally screw Bernard's plan for selling weatheford, or him benefitting from the sale or future bonuses. It would take everyone to do this otherwise he would just sell off or close individual shops that did it. Say we set a dead line for him to step down or we sign Union cards. In the end most people will be out of jobs, even if he is gone, the next guy would just do the same and start laying off, but at least this way he feels the pain that most of our former coworkers have felt. Personally I hate unions, but just imagine the grief this would cause the company. It would devastate the company stock price. Something Bernard holds so dear.
Nothing can stop the employees from providing an amount and quality of work commensurate with the pay and stability of their positions.
