Thread regarding Education Management Corporation layoffs

Bad weather Days

Our President was pissed that we decided to air on the side of caution and not get on the iced highways. He was more concerned with how would the employees not being here would impact the Monday start.

The president's bonuses can be over 50% of their yearly salary. Obviously they could care less if employees get hurt in a snow storm.

He should be pissed. Temps in the 30s and a dusting of snow is no excuse to close. In Pitt we stayed open after we got 23 inches of snow a few years ago. Stop being pussies and go to work.

Your safety is of no concern. 71666 is correct we don't make any money when you call off so suck it up and get back to dialing!

Well if your Prez is Palermo...remember, he lived in NYC...he is not afraid of any snow and bad weather, suck it up...he has no compassion for the employees...come to think of it, no one at AI does.
