Spencer Rd Motor and MWD Shop was shut down today and the employees were let go. Mass layoff occurred around 8 AM.

There are a couple locations on spencer. The one this post is referring to is not the training center. It's just down the street....

This facility also houses a major portion of Research and Development, as well as being a training center. The layoff's are going to only get worse. Under the current leadership and with the amount of Vice-Presidents and unnecessary mid-management heads, coupled with a poor to almost non-existent cash flow and certainly the loss of work because of the lack of qualified personnel to properly put together assembles; the amount of assemblies that have failed or had problems on jobs; the list goes on and on and at some point in the near future WFT will be purchased for pennies on the dollar or the doors will close.
