They should get rid of the BLACK BELTS. Waste of time and our money. What a joke nobody's telling us how to do our job.

So they're just dead weight on the companies payroll? Kind of like the one at the Tampa SDO who takes extended long walks around the building with the fat man on company time, oh and not to mention who probably hangs with the FM at the local shooting range(allegedly!). Also on company time! Otherwise it's another wasted expense in the first place by the company for the company?
Black Belts are folk with exceptional operational experience (read: they actually made it happen in a real store). Many are former GM's, DM's or higher: who got asked to analyze operations and MAKE it happen everywhere.
With potentially 1000's of stores being closed and with the integration of systems between multiple companies they might just be in a job sweet spot because their expertise is exactly what the failing company needs to SAVE operational expense. What Staples needs now is folk with real store closing expertise; It will save them millions with no shrink loss while ending a stores operations.... As with all things they are sssllllooow to recognize this.... In the end it will matter only to the share holders... but they are not asked. Potentially millions can be saved with the right folk experienced in this... currently they have inexperienced inept cretins running this program right now sooooo watch you spls stock closely!
