I don't see HP as the problem. Worked with him before he was promoted and was not handed his role. He isn't the issue, it's the people above him.. It's obvious he makes a lot of decisions regarding things that happen on that campus sInce most of its run like his team, a complete circus. The other ones in charge are Morons. Don't get me wrong, he can be a real asshole and personally I am not a fan. The real problem is his leader and some of his cohorts. Heartless Prick = PC. If you've been here long enough you've seen the revolving door of AR's that he's had. Dude would fire his own mother for missing consecutive starts. Not to mention his issues with professionalism. I guess the golden rule of managers not sleeping with AR's does not apply to this clown. If you work closely with him from day to day, be careful...there is a hidden agenda behind all if those smiles and jokes.
