There was plenty of work in Huntsville, not machine related but if Weatherford wants to save money they could also help their employees. Instead of hiring a cleaning crew to spend 8 hrs waxing a break-room floor they could have let some of their guys/gals do it. fire the cleaning crew and have the employees do it during these slow time so they can put food on the table. If the work ever jumps back up then rehire a cleaning crew.Just my 2 cents.

Anonymous70448 that is a strong statement. How do you know one one person can handle compared to the next. The point of the post was if Weatherford is trying to save money and take care of their own they are failing miserably.As far as the cleaning crews there are far more places in huntsville to clean then there are machines shops for us to work at.
Cruel to cleaning crew. They are less able to handle things than you. Have a heart.
To late for that - I just hope they don't shut the place down -lot of people standing around
How about if they would just bring back all the manufacturing work that they have outsourced to India.
Huntsville is in trouble -cleaning crew should be the least of your worries
