I'm sorry. But Heald was playing chicken with providing financial statements. We knew if we submitted them in December, then our financials would have looked weak. January is one our largest starts, which is why we played dumb. We did this to buy us some time with January starts around the corner. The commission should have asked for financials as of the original due date.

773 brings up a good point! What is going on with Jack Assimino? Is he in jail yet? Or still sleeping in his mansion and partying on his yacht? What's the news with that guy?
Heald knew they needed those financial documents. They had their financial departments scrambling for an audit a few weeks ago.
760 - If that were the case, why was Eeva at the hearing and not Jack Massimino? It's still the responsibility of Heald management to take care of their business and stop blaming CCI on everything. I would have been in Santa Ana getting the documents with CCI if I knew there was a deadline. Enrollments are down EVERYWHERE in this industry. Stop pointing fingers at CCI already. Boo Hoo has got to go! Bunch of whiny bitches.
We are only financially sound when we start laying off people, taking out 10% of pay for a few months, fuloughing them and delay out bills. The audit doesn't see how many vendors or leases are behind or all these various gimmicks to make the audit look like we're somewhat financially sound.
When will everyone come to understand that all the financial statements must come from Corinthian and not Heald. Corinthian wouldn't provide them for the SEC and now they are delisted from Nasdaq. This is all Corinthian's doing. Heald is doing great and will succeed once we get away from Corinthian. Enrollments are down due to the wrongs of the idiots in Santa Ana not due to anything that Heald has done.
Eeva stated Heald is and has been financially sound. Oh, really?? Then why was I furloughed? TWICE!
