Must have lost NYL as a customer and gained Wells Fargo. If not that, it went out to bid and Wells Fargo offered better bucks to Staples on the back side.
I received a letter from Staples well over a month ago about this upcoming change. They are just switching from NYL to Wells Fargo. Everything will transition over. Shouldn't be a big deal. Hopefully it means a 401K website that doesn't function like it was built by a 3 year old. Worst website I've ever encountered.
so....all that $$$I've been paying for over a decade...what happens to that??
Retirement plan... a birdie told me Wells Fargo will be doing this..
So no more life insurance?
