Yeah, I resubmitted the form. You just have to check and initial three boxes: at-will employment understanding, waiving of right to sue, and acknowledgement of personal lack of productivity. Then you just send it back to them. I'm sure it's all just standard procedure, nothing to worry about.
Sounds like how we do RIFs all right. Still, the first big prediction was instructors would all be let go today, then it increased to everyone would be let go today, and now suddenly it's tomorrow. Judging from how predictions on this board have gone in the past, we should have a wait and see attitude. We'll probably be fine.
The Colorado Springs folks will be given their pink slips tomorrow. Anyone that didn't get a notice from Patricia will be assigned classes.
Guess it's the same old poor ethical practices at Zenith; but then again, why would anything change since it's all basically the same inbred management team.
