Very upset about how SUO PGH is allowed to make decisions. This morning I was told by my AM that there would be new RN-MSN programs rolling out this week. I expressed my interest. I was told that the first 5 members of the team have been selected but that hey would be filling the team soon. I was given no opportunity to talk to anyone. It seems Frizzy and VM are making the decisions on their own. And who will be running this new team? I'm hearing it will be CB, who's never hit a plan EVER...or the CD's favorite AM that sits outside of his door. What have either of these 2 done to deserve the opportunity? More importantly, why would they be trusted with it?

I usually just sit at my desk while getting paid and read the comedy show that goes on here. But I will agree, those campus meetings suck and cross the line

I have heard about JG and this AR he's sleeping with, and i think there's some truth to it. But if u think HP is banging the midget you're out of your f***ing mind. This just goes to show how little u know about what happens at the manager level. HP hates the midget because we always out perform her and she gets recognized in every meeting and HP doesn"t.
I agree about the BS with RM-MSN team. I think AC is going to run it alongside the NP team. There's no official process on picking or approaching candidates. They picked someone who had never worked healthcare in their life and hasnt hit a plan in a while. My question is this .. how do we go up against tyranny at this level. I know its easy to say to pack up and look for a new job, but sone of us have invested years of our lives here, withstood the BS and make a decent living. I dont want to lose all of that right now. But I am sick all the stupid shit that happens there. In the last month or so they have self-policed and tried toget rid of 3 vets, 2 of them top performets. hr is in managements pocket, is the hotline our only option? Is that hotline really anonymous?

Why does this surprise you? The leadership team at SUO PGH is a joke. The head salami eats cheeseburgers like pacman eating ghosts. Frizzy has no clue what's happening. All numbers are at an all time low under her command. Without the NP team, VM may be the worst CD at all brands. I can say what I want about JG, he's still under the covers with one of his AR's. Did they even fill the other spot? Or is that Harley girl still a glorified AM. And the AM's, I could go on for days. Who's the worst?

Although she gets everything handed to her, there is to much to risk giving that team to her. It takes brains, not 4inch heels. The manager will depend on what campus the team is on. Anyone know? That's what I was told too. That a new team would be created. I asked about it but was never gotten back to. I know they took a top producer from my campus. Seems kind of crazy to me. Also is very deflating knowing that even though I hit plans im not being considered. I guess that doesn't matter.....for once. Guess all that matters is that you are friends with the right people.
