Unless you give motivated people something to believe in, something bigger than their job to work toward, they will motivate themselves to find a new job and you’ll be stuck with whoever’s left.

CSW still has a few talented staff but not many. Unfortunately the firing if Val Snyder hasn't solved the problem. Watching, from afar, is painful as the VP and new President continue to chase away all of the hard and talented employees.
Seems like most people at CSE have strong ties to the area. Otherwise they would have bailed. It is still not a bad place to work as long as the waters have not yet reached the boat deck.
Sadly there is a lot of truth to that. CSW has already lost most of the talent that made the company successful.
I certainly wouldn't be using L-3 CSW at this point if I were a customer.
From a career perspective, leaving L-3 was the best thing I could have done.
Hey genius.... we already are left "with whoever's left". All the talent left the company already
Fuwk motivation! Give me more money for not working....
Well I hope all those motivated and talented people clear out and leave the field open for me and my fellow slugs. Identify the minimum, shoot for 70% of that, hope you get half of it.
