search severance phillips 66 for a pdf describing the details. Oddly enough the P66 info is presented in a nice pdf but COP, not so much so.

Not exactly the 30th. Pay for 21 days after the layoff notice is the limit. Go to The Mark and search for "Leaving_the_company_summary_final.pdf. HR doc that was updated Jan 15,2015 is full of info for the curious mind.
