Woo hoo!
The ban-hammer is temporarily being held back from CCI on the condition that CCI pays forbearance fees on April 10th and 24th and additional fees on the 17th. If CCI can't pay... they'll probably extend the deadlines like they've done for the past 2 years. Kind of like how the teachers at Everest/Heald do for student assignments.
This is confusing to me - without being a smart ass, can someone spell this out for me without the legal mumbo jumbo.
