Guess they are going to pull the Mozambique people out because we might sell our ENTIRE stake in Mozambique! I think this is EXCELLENT. It's such a huge project that frankly I'm not sure the company can handle. Exxon Mobil wanted to see our "data" to buy these assets. They and Qatar Petroleum are the front runners. This makes an apparent out right whole company sale to Exxon NOT likely! GREAT NEWS!!! I would HATE to work for Exxon..I would quit before working for Exxon, their work culture stinks!

Pulling people back from Mozambique and laying those people off after the contractors go.
Insanity @ APC. LETS TALK ABOUT PLACES TO CUT = THE HR DEPARTMENT! The morons in the HR department (what a joke of a department from what it use to be) continue to increase their headcount and rearrange/hide staff - when everyone else is being asked to cut back. So Noble cuts over a hundred jobs in Denver ..... We relocated an old HR manager back to Denver and now we have two HR managers in our office here?!? Makes you wonder who did WHAT to get that accomplished?!?
Early retirement packages being accepted by some employees for scheduled retirement in June. Usually the first step in layoff process.

I got laid off yesterday, as well as several others I know. I found a better position with Exxon, better benefits package, when the cloud was on the horizon. Today's my last day, and I start work on Monday. Shame that there is no dedication to employees anymore, then they wonder why there is no more employee dedication. This WAS a great company to work for once, not anymore sadly
