SUO PGH "leadership" Hippocracy

Pretty sure its not OK for a CD to have an AR sleeping at his house. Or for an AM to be sleeping with his AR, or for a HR supervisor to use gay slurs. Guess that's all allowed. I just find it funny that that all goes on without reprimand yet I get put on a DM for missing a couple starts. Hmmm, my exit interview should be fun.

You need to pay a lot more to get people to work there. Harsh reality check, no one WANTS to work there. They are either stuck there because they make too much money to go anywhere, or EDMC is a stop gap on their resume until they find something better. The reputation, lawsuits, and negative yet truthful publicity have made it what it is. If you try to convince yourself that you like working there, you are lying to yourself!

I did not create the story, either your upper management or that VP.... Coffee, Starbuck,9:45AM every morning.

This is the crap we have to put up with... good employees walking out the door. They're the ones who cared about the school systems and now we are left to deal with the bad employees. Some are bound to get significant packages when they leave in the near future. It's those greedy, self-centered employees that are not thinking in the best interest of the students/programs/schools and yes this is a business. It those employee who are wasting the company's time chasing silly ideas just to look good in front or other and never having to execute a plan.

The bottom line is we have to pay more to get people to work here (including the bad people); which is counter productive to lowering the cost of education its a "hamster wheel."

you can't make up shit like this. It's everywhere. At every campus. Sad you can't see through your $$glasses. Not all people who "hit their plans" are doing it ethically.

Sounds like a created story HR insider. What were the "Ethics" violations or an example of one of them?

Contact an attorney like hundreds of others do. Save all emails and document. Gotta hit them where it hurts.

No different at CS; a certain VP was investigated three times for separate ethics violations each one was proven true (which we have a zero tolerance policy) yet that person is still here because of upper management choice....double standard. "Creatively is an opportunity to do more" Ai.

Report that stuff to the anonymous hotline if you know it is happening. Teach the former OHE primadonnas that they aren't untouchable.
