Thread regarding Education Management Corporation layoffs

Restructuring Will Only Help If........

Short-term profitability and even cash flow should not be the be and end all of this company. Address the issues of students, like this military veteran.......................https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=82&v=jhc08cXiKyc.........As it stands, it's quite possible that lots of Art Institute students will contest their student loans, and rightfully, some vets may consider asking for their GI Bill benefits back.

Sad to say but KKR wants to turn a profit quickly. Just like GS, they will pay lip service to the needs of students and the quality of education. Continue 100 percent acceptance, shady recruitment practices and marginal (at best) adherence to financial aid and military benefit administration. Glad I left when I did.
