I lost a $1000 order yesterday because the kiosk and the dot com PC at the tech desk were not working. Customer did not want to wait for a reboot and said they'd order the item from home. Good job Staples..... Take the hours, it just proves that Corp. is setting stores up for failure. This company is so backwards and f***ed up it is a complete joke. Everyone at the top needs to go.

Same here. I have lost a bunch of high $$ orders because the customer either did not want to wait for the kiosk to work or for me to finish with another customer before I placed their order. With the staffing levels as they are, we pretty much have to juggle customers. One customer that wanted to order a bunch of furniture and an office phone system got pissed off and left because I dared to ask another customer if I could answer a question for them while I was entering the first customer's order.
