Well, you can be sure that all those being edged out will have to sign non-disclosure agreements as well as agreeing not to take the company to court over their redundancies. CGG do have a clever HR lot. Shame that bunch don't seem to want to encourage individuals to perform better but prefer to squash everyone into the same small box with little wiggle room in terms of pay or bonuses for good performance.

What groups are affected by layoffs? Are they after older workers? You might have a discrimination class action case if they are going after older folks like they did before. I left in 2010.
