L3 should follow Walmart and cut everyone back to 29 hours. Eliminate all benefits and close the pukeateria. All levels of management included.
Look, it's simple. Someone is not meeting their numbers required by NY HQ.
It has been decided that overall employee compensation is a good place to recover and thus is being analyzed and targeted.
Cutting overtime is the first step in addressing that. But it is rarely the only measure. Kinda validates the previous post about possibly laying off over-compensated employees in the near future.
Maybe not a 'sure way of reducing staff' but if anyone is wondering whether or not it is time to retire, this could help them decide. Is Andy Rivers the new Val Schneider?
