962 is either the master of tongue in cheek teasing or is in need of a medication adjustment. Heald grads compete for jobs with Harvard grads much the same way that second grade girls compete with NFL players for jobs.
@962 What quality job opportunities? Most of these graduates ended working at a factories doing assembly line work that don't require an education or at least with High School diplomas. If they aren't working, they're either unemployed and searching with their worthless degrees.
The elites would love to shut Heald down and force our students out. This would stop the flow of Heald grads into quality job opportunities. The result: more space for the progeny of the elite to get the best jobs with their "Harvard" degrees. I say Heald keeps fighting, not for us, but for every one of our students.
Heald is done once Cal grant stops flowing. These students aren't fed with silver spoon in their mouth. They're fed with plastic spoons. So end the drama already.
Saw the news today about Apollo (University of Phoenix). Wow. I think that's the largest of the for-profits. If they're sliding that fast, I don't want to think about DeVry and Heald.

This is complete B.S. At this time there is no scheduled company wide announcement.
