During a team meeting this week my boss quietly disclosed that more layoffs are planned for CSW sometime before summer. His advice was to get our resumes circulating and to take anything good if an opportunity comes up.
He said new metrics were being worked out to decide who goes. Something about evaluating the contribution of the employee relative to their salary, done by a third party. Anyone considered overpaid is at higher risk even if they are key contributors. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
