Anyone notice management acting distant today?

Yes, the closer we get to missing another unrealistic start goal the less management is seen compared to they were always up and hallways and offices.Just another example that solidifies that micro-management fails at all levels. A leader hire good people and get out of the way otherwise it's a revolving door for employee turnover. Academics always take a backseat and this site is an shining example. Word
