Deletes can only be made by the stie operator when notified via email. The company leadership is monitoring this site and sends an email to the site operator anytime a full name is mentioned. Use first name, last initial only or both initials. This site can get in trouble if comments are about specific, clearly identified people.
Spit on the company that feeds and pays us? What an aristocratic thing to say. I think the common voice of mattel is coming together here loud and clear. Leadership is unaccountable, stagnant, entitled and self serving to the point of taking down an industry giant. Mattel is a snapshot of our nation's struggle and there is a story here. Concentration of wealth at its worse, good ole boys politics, moving to a "global business model" that produces inferior product and is out of touch with the quality and less is more, environmentally aware generation that does most of its shopping online and cut cable making traditional ad spends wasteful. We love the 80s. There are other ways Mattel but you might have to get the stomach to take some risks and face failure by fire rather than a slow smoldering death.

If the management encouraged feedback and conversation, we wouldn't be on this board in the first place. If we felt like we were heard, we'd speak out every day in our jobs. I
