I know reporters at the WSJ and LA Times and am going to give them this site to read. You all should do the same! Maybe through the power of social media we could actually affect change in some way. Not just here but at all the companies where the execs keep enriching themselves on the backs of their labor force. Thing is Mattel can cut all they want but they don't have leaders with a vision. Anyone in design with a good idea should keep it to themselves, leave and produce on their own. Do not give these idiots any more of your precious creative ideas.

So is that why you are spending time on the site, HR monitor 83968? Because clearly all of these hundreds of comments are only about bigoted, sexist views? This is why Mattel has got it head up it own entitled ass.
Good idea, they will want to read bout underwear less employees and comments about gays.
Bryan Stockton resigns and Board of directors member Christopher Sinclair is named interim CEO. "New" leadership lay off employees for the 3rd straight year and hires back Bryan Stockton for more money. WTF! This will be the beginning of a mass exodus of key employees who actually do the work to sustain the company. Mattel will go bankrupt in 5 years if the same "veteran" upper management remain. You could say they have General Motors syndrome, comfortable in your own shoes with no need or want to get a better pair.
