I was told one day she was there and the next day she was gone. Laid off. So sad.
She had integrity
Anonymous84024 - I heard the same story
I like Sheila - she cared, she was smart. She wanted to do good with this round of layoffs and it did not fly well with the old boys club. She could not compromise and left. That's what I heard.
I received a forwarded email from my supervisor's boss last week saying she was leaving. It stemmed from Ryan Lance and then went down through the chain. It didn't really give a reason but mentioned thanks for everything she's done and blah blah blah. It did seem to be more of a mutual agreement to leave rather than a firing or layoff. Who knows these days...
I don't know what happened but she is not in the phone book anymore and the org chart shows "Open Position" where she used to be. Interesting that there has been no corporate announcement. She was a company officer for God's sake.
The old boys club rears its ugly head. Shelia Feldman is largely responsible for moving ConocoPhillips out of the dark ages. Noting improvements in diversity and inclusion from a panel of old white men is hard to swallow.
He = hr. I heard she quit. She has hired several folks within the last year that would probably get let go and the learning center she was pushing for was put on hold.
"he"?
